Imagine a chopper build off where you actually have to build your own chopper? The Idle Hands Chopper Comp and Show is a real garage builders, building competition. ONE bike, ONE builder, ONE year- Do it yourself. No free pro paint jobs, custom seats, parts, or carbs from show sponsors. This competition has 3 rules: no rules, do it yourself, and chopper shit.

The competition consists of badass garage builders that start with a pile of parts and a dream. Go on to compete through a series of 3 cuts voted on by our heavily credentialed celebrity judges. Only 13 builders will compete in the final round at the show in July at Manchester Harley-Davidson in Hooksett, NH.

Best part is- Everyone who competes in the competition and finishes their chopper is automatically in the show and on display! A-SIDE: The 13 finalists who survived all the cuts move on to compete for the $10,000 cash prize and B-SIDE: anyone who enters the competition and finishes their chopper. Consolation prize- you’ve earned yourself a fuckin’ chopper baby!

The show itself is a CHOPPER CARNIVAL with lowlife carnival games, insult comic clown, and ringmaster leading our chopper games! Danger Dan’s International Kickstart Competition, drag races, mechanical pig, tattoo row, tons of vendors, carnival rides, and live music throughout.

This show is put on by Ryno and Dano of The Lowlife Podcast. All we aim to do is put on a crazy and fun show in the spirit of our chopper forefathers; good vibes, camaraderie, and kick ass bikes. Support choppers, support garage builders, and support the culture!
